Why Workflow Works

Workflow really works because:

  • Workflow with Maximizer is either doing jobs for the user or alerting them (and a manager) at the appropriate time for action.

  • As the management team are less focused on the more detailed parts of  managing the CRM, this provides more time for analytics and usage review.

Security and User Administration

 

Maximizer CRM 10.5 comes provides you with a range of security controls and an administrator tool for basic database maintenance and administration.

Basic User Control
Maximizer allows you to control who can edit, add, ,delete and read different parts of the Maximizer database.  For example, a sales person could add a customer service case, but only your customer service team could progress and close the case.
Permissions By Group Or By User
When deciding your permissions model you can apply settings to either a user or to a team.  For example, a Sales Manager may be able to delete records, but any other member of the sales team cannot. 
You Decide What Data Is Synchronized
You can heavily control what data is syncronized to remote users.  This allows you to restrict specific parts of the database being held outside of your office.  For example, your sales representative for Burnaby is only synchronizing customers and prospects in Burnaby.
Export Control
Restrict who and how data can be exported and or even printed.  Avoid your database going with any employee leaving!
Safe And Secure
Feel confident that your database is protected and safe from unauthorised access. Passwords and encryption make your data safe and secure.
Administrator Tool

The administrator tool is for basic database maintenance and administration such as:

  • Maintain  and create the user defined fields you have defined.  Assign each field to the appropriate part of your database to help you profile and drive processes.
  • Maintaining your user data. Enable new users, disable old users and assign each user with the appropriate permissions.

Reporting

 

In Maximizer, if the data is in the database then it's reportable.  It is more a question of how you want to see the data in your report, or what the report needs to to with the data (e.g is it part of some calculation).  Maximizer provides a suite of reporting tools providing you with options to suit skills that are common place in most companies.

Quick Ad-Hoc Reports
Maximizer's column reports provide you with quick ad-hoc reports within the standard Maximizer interface.  Produce graphs, charts or tables based on the reporting criteria specified by you.  Column reports are great for quick access to your database and do not require a degree in IT to operate.
Excel Reporting
Some customers prefer manipulating data in Excel.  Over and above any preference, by exporting your report into Excel it is very easy to compare this data against other data (possibly not from Maximizer) and create more sophisticated reports (e.g. calculation fields, pivot tables etc).  Reporting this way provides your organization with the business intelligence you need quickly and without the need for expensive IT expertise.
Dashboards
The Dashboards facility allows you to visualize key performance indicators through a personalized dashboard seeing a real-time snapshot of company performance (then drill-down to detailed reports for deeper analysis). See Sales, Service or Marking response either together or on their own to provide you with visual instant analysis of your company's or department's performance.
Crystal Reports
Crystal Reports is a market leading reporting tool.  Elegant but complicated reports are made simple with this tool.  With Maximizer you can have a license to use Crystal on your Maximizer database.  Allowing you to reproduce professional and sophisticated reports at a click of a button.

Mobile Workforce

 

Maximizer CRM provides you with numerous ways of accessing and updating your database.  You can access Maximizer via:

  • Offline/locally on a remote users laptop/PC

Remote Users & Offices

Do you have remote offices and users in the field? You can stay up to date while working offline and synchronizing your remote offices or users database with the main database using MaxExchange.

Maximizer comes with a range of web portals to complement it's normal Windows interface.  The following portals are available:
